Supreme Lending - 90 days and No Close
My scenario is identical to the previous poster. Home I am selling in Cedar Hill, TX was supposed to close on 08/31/16. Friday, September 30th will be 90 days with no closing date in sight.
As seller I am beyond frustrated due to additional insurance and mortgate payments I am occurring. If I had known buyer who buyer had as a lender, I would have picked another buyer. If loan does next close next week I am asking buyer to find another lender or find another home.
Mortgage broker in this scenario is also Rod See. I think this companies tactics and unresponsiveness are downright shameful. I'm surprised that no one has taken legal action against them.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $60000.
Preferred solution: Close the home loan..
Supreme Lending Cons: Loan servicing department, Bad customer service, Loan originator.
Location: Cedar Hill, Texas
